Content Policy

Tournie Maker is for everyone. These rules apply to every picture, title, description and label. Uploaded pictures are checked automatically before anyone can see them, and people can report anything that breaks these rules.

§1 Sexual content and nudity

No sexual content, pornography or nudity. Swimwear and kissing are fine.

§2 Child safety

Nothing that sexualizes or endangers children, ever. Suspected child sexual abuse material is removed, preserved as evidence and reported to the authorities, and the account is suspended.

§3 Graphic violence and self-harm

No gore, dead bodies, graphic injuries or content encouraging self-harm. Movie weapons and sports are fine.

§4 Hate and harassment

No hate symbols or slurs, and no content attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality or disability.

§5 Privacy

No pictures of private individuals used to rate, mock or harass them (for example “ugliest classmate”), and no personal information such as addresses or phone numbers. Public figures are fine.

§6 Copyright and other rights

Only upload pictures you have the right to share. Rights holders can report infringing content.

§7 Spam and scams

No advertising, scams, or tournaments made only to drive traffic elsewhere.

Allowed

Swearing in titles and labels, swimwear, movie weapons, and food and drink of all kinds.

What happens when something breaks the rules

• The content is removed or hidden, and the creator gets a notice explaining what, why, and whether it was automatic.
• Creators can appeal any decision once. A person reviews every appeal.
• Repeated or serious violations lead to the account being suspended.
• Public tournaments appear on Explore only after a review. Being left off Explore isn’t a penalty, because the link still works.
